What Causes Bowel Movement In Pants In 75 Year Old?

My husband just had the hugest bowel movement in his pants, as his legs have been giving out and alot of confusion . He couldnt get up and now is asleep on the floor. He has CHF with an EF of 25%, COPD, 75 yrs old, stage 3 kidney disease. Wish I could better help him.

Thanks for your query.
Noted history related to your 75 years old husband, having CHF, Low EF, COPD has large BM in pants and lying on floor with inability to move around.
This most probably looks to be cerebrovascular accident.
I would advise to call the emergency services and ambulance so that he can be shifted to ICU at the earliest.
Take the BP and if high give the medicines as he must have been taking before.
Make him turn on either of the side to keep the airway open and avoid aspiration in case if there is vomiting.
