What Causes Bowel Movement During Urination?

So the past couple days I have been having a bowel movement every time I pee almost, but its only been a little. Well I have went so much I hurt down there and this last time I went i looked at my toilet paper and there was gravel-like stuff in it. What would that mean?

Dear; thanks for using our service, sometimes you can have a bowel movement and urinate, due to the abdominal pressure. However, it is not common to urinate and have a bowel movement, which can be a sign of weakness of the anal sphincter or muscles sorroundings the anus.
