What Causes Boils On The Arms And Chest?

My husband who is 66 years old & very healthy ( does have prostate cancer-very low grade), has been getting cyst like infections everywhere on his body. (Legs, buttocks, arms, most recently on his chest). They look like boils & always get infected & are very painful. He does see a dermatologist for a malinoma (sp?) he had on his arm. She has given him an antibiotic cream & he puts bleach in his bath water, but he keeps getting them. It started about a year ago & he has them frequently. He is a maintenance/ handyman for a real estate company. They own many section 8 buildings in the inner city & some of them are filled with filth. Any thoughts? Could it have to do with his work environment. He almost always wears gloves, sometimes even a full coverup suit.
