Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry to hear about your pain. What you have is most probably called Bartholin's cyst or abscess, which is a back up of fluids from glands near your vaginal opening. The cysts can thus get infected most commonly my E.coli. This is at times non tender but can get very painful. It is normally treated with sitz baths. If you have tried this remedy for 3-4 days and it has not helped then you need to have it looked at by a doctor. I hope this helps you out, good luck and let us know if we can answer any follow up questions.
