What Causes Body Shivering And Dizziness After Exercise?

i have an issue with energy during exercise, i eat complex carbohydrates through out the day, i sleep well. Im weight trainin an after a few exercises, roughly 15mins im left shaking, dizzy an occasionaly loose vision. Iv looked at things like carbohydrate intolerance, hypoglyemia, diabtes, vitiman defficiancy ect not sure what it is, any ideas?

I have gone thru your query regarding shivering and dizziness after exercise and can understand your anxiety .

Dear ,I feel you are over exerting which body is not able to tolerate and result is feeling of shivering and dizziness
, I would like to suggest you to sit /lie down cofortaly with closed eyes . Take lemon juice in a glass of water sip by sip and relax . It is an instant energiser.
There should be some cause behind your suffering Once the cause is found and removed ,your anxiety will be over .

Some of the causes :
1. When you abruptly stop ardous physical activity , the heart slows down its pumping activity, decreasing blood circulation ,you feel dizzy or even faint.
Coming to a full stop only after gradually decreasing activity can help by maintaining heart rate and circulation and only gradually reducing them.

Jogging slowly at first before dropping down to a brisk walking pace could do the trick .
2. Maintaining good nutrition is also important if one is a vigorous exerciser. but as you claim that you 'eat complex carbohydrates through out the day, i sleep well ', so far it is ok . Possibally your intake of essential nutrients is not suffcient as much as your body requires ,you have to take care .
Include Fiberous & calcium-rich foods like yogurt , cheese and greens -a balanced diet containing all essential nutrients - fiber ,vitamins ,minerals fresh fruit , veges and antioxidants - Olives, Aloe vera , ginger , garlic , help alley inflammation & pains .
3.lack of hyderation can also cauše dizziness ,
4 . lack of sleep ,are the few causes which can trouble you .

To strengthen your immunity Do Yoga ,Pranayam ,Deep breathing - Inhale as deep as possible - Hold - Exhale -Hold - help to re-expand lungs help detoxing the inner system and boosting the energy by providing sufficient oxygen .
