What Causes Body Rash After Fever?

Hi, I had a fever on Thursday, and it subsided on the next day. However, I started having red spots all over my body after my fever. There were tiny blisters forming on my fingers too. The red spots and blisters stayed for two days already. May I know what could I be suffering from?

According to your history there are two possibilities either viral exanthema or drug rash. Viral exanthema are the rashes which are associated with viral infection and have a self limiting course. Is there any history of drug intake when you had fever as sometimes few drugs can also lead to rashes.
