This is a very rare and serious problem. A few more points u need to write about is she bleeding from the injection sites and the vagina? It is a condition which is called DIC(Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation). The treatment for this is Fresh blood and some medicines, along with critical support. The cause of this is not very clear, so treatment is complex, the essentials have been explained. It could be a complication of severe hypertension in pregnancy, or an infection or severe bleeding pv before or after delivery.
