What Causes Body Chills, Appetite Loss And Nausea?

can you have a sever kidney infection without a fever? I have chills and several of the other symptoms including lower back and abdomen pains, loss of appetite, nausea sometimes vomiting, neck pains and a severe headache, I pee a lot every few minutes and I have little to no energy and usually when standing or walking I have moments of blurred vision or partial blindness, I have serious vertigo and moments where it feels like I'm about to pass out up to a total visual black out, this last one happens suddenly and I try to sit as soon as possible.

Indeed you can have a severe kidney infection without fever but I wouldn't say is a common situation. It can be seen particularly in elderly patients or those with a liver disease for example. In any case the symptoms don't seem to be caused by an urinary tract infection. Check your sugar and hemoglobin levels.
