What Causes Blurry Vision, Migraine, Slurred Speech, Extreme Fatigue And Frequent Urination?

I am having blurry vision, a migraine that just won t go away, slurred speech, extreme fatigue, thirst, and frequent urination. There s a pulsating electrical pain in my neck. Sleep does not help. My eyes hurt and are extremely heavy. Idk what to do. Standing up makes things much more blurry and can make me confused. Please help

There are numerous possibilities for the symptoms you have mentioned. It will not be easy to make a diagnosis based on the history alone and it is imperative that you visit your local doctor for a complete medical checkup.
Some conditions to consider would be diabetes and a pituitary gland tumour.
