What Causes Blurred Vision In The Left Eye?

My eye sight went blurry in my left eye and I could no longer focus on anything. I began to see bright lights and just chaos as if the TV was malfunctioning while watching. It went away after about 15 minutes but I was left with a bad headache. I have had a headache the last three days and guessing it could be sinus, but the blurry sight really scared me and those around me. They thought I was having a stroke but this happened to me about 6 months ago. Usually early morning or right before bed. Should I be concerned?

you have to watch TV in a lighted room it should not be dark room with contrast. it can set in glaucoma.

consult eye doctor for refraction and fundus examination. near vision corection and accommodation should be tested.
