What Causes Blurred Vision In Both The Eyes Followed By Headache?

i have had blurry vision that happens suddenly in both of my eyes followed by a headache. i have had a retina eye detachment surgery 4 years ago and just had a check-up at wich the doctor said everything was fine. i have been diagnosed with migranes but all of the meds that i have tried have not worked....could this be a stroke? i am asking because i am slightly worried about this.
