General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.

Dizziness or blackouts have 3 main causes: heart, ear and brain.

Since you've already checked your heart, we can rule that out for now.
.
Lung conditions generally would not cause blurry vision.

Ear conditions though might be the cause of your dizziness, they will not affect the vision.
.
Hence, the brain is the likely sight of your symptoms. There are conditions like cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, stroke, certain hereditary conditions affecting the nerves. This might be confirmed by a thorough clinic examination and an MRI if required. Hence, you need to see a neurologist.

Hope this helps. Wishing you good health.

Regards,
Dr Geeta
