Hello! Head trauma causes different symptoms depending on the strength of impact and the mecanism of the hitting. Loss of consciousness is one of the most common signs, and when this happens the patient and his relatives should be careful for other signs especially the first 24 hours, like headache, nausea or vomiting, disorientation, agitation, somnolence, loss of consciousness, numbness in extremities, impaired speaking, impaired vision etc. I would recommend for you to see a doctor since you still have blurred vision and the headache persists, to exclude any brain injury
I hope i have been of help and that everything is fine.
