What Causes Bluish Discoloration On Scrotum In A Infant?
I have a 2 month old male infant patient with mild bluish discoloration of the upper pole of rt side of the scrotum. Testes are felt normal and the infant is otherwise healthy except recent pyloromyotomy. There is no hx of trauma. What could be the D/D? I am a pediatrician.

If the discoloration is stagnant and fixed, why not consider a birth mark? Is it extending into the skin over the groin?
