What Causes Bloody Nose And High BP?

my fiance has high blood pressure anyways and he s recently had a lot of bloody noses and long lasting bloody noses. He was dizzy earlier today. he says he just doesn t feel good and just wants to go to bed! I took his blood pressure it is 158 over 104. normal for him is like 280 over like 165. he won t go to the doctor cuz he said he has an appointment on the 18th please help me I need to know what s wrong and what I should do

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Frequent nose bleeds are associated with hypertension.
Control of high blood pressure will stop the nose bleeds too.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a physician for treatment of hypertension.
If the nose bleeds do not decrease or stop after treatment then you need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment of the nasal mucosa to look for any abnormality in the vascular channels of nasal mucosa.
