Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain blood in spit is most commonly related to oral and throat related conditions like throat infection, sinusitis, upper respiratory tract infection, tonsillitis and gum infection leading to gum inflammation..
In case if after betadine gargles also and not having any symptoms of throat infection you should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can look for gum infection as Gingivitis or Periodontitis that can also lead to bleeding..
If there would be gum infection scaling followed by antibiotics and gum pain application will help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
