What Causes Blood Traces In Vomit?

this morning i threw up normal it was yellow, drive heiving because i havent ate anything yet then when i threw up again right after there was a small circle of blood.. what does that mean? i am 22 height 5 4 and my history is factor five but i am a low risk my results said.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that because of forceful action of vomiting this could cause little trauma to esophagus wall and this might be the cause of blood stain vomiting, and this is nothing to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
