Radiologist 's  Response
Hello

Hematuria(blood in urine)may be due to many causes like urinary tract infection(UTI),calculus in urogenital tract, malignancy etc.
Your fiance may need clinical examination and few investigations.
From history it appears that hematuria may be due to UTI.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound abdomen,urine RE/ME.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
I advise to drink plenty of water to my patients.

Get well soon.
Take Care
