Hi...

Welcome to healthcare magic...

As per your complain you have problem of kidney infection and start antibiotics course .

Do a complete blood cell count and urine test with microscopic examination.

After confirming it is kidney or bladder infection than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.

During taking antibiotics course you can take proton pump inhibitor drugs for acidity problem.

Ranipril not start without doctor's suggestion.
It can cause more kidney problem.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
Avoid smoking also.

I hope my guidance helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you
