What Causes Blood In Urine, Low Grade Fever And Headache?
I have a small amount of blood in my urine. Was running a low grade fever. Went in for a urine specimen test. So, far does not show a UTI, They are doing further testing. I am now on an antibiotic, I have a headache, and it hurts to urinate a little bit. What is your opinion. Could it be from pushing too hard when making a bowel movement. I am on blood thinners as well, and have aheart condition. Thank you, Steve

Blood in urine can be seen in people on blood thinners even after minor trauma or spontaneously so this may be the cause of blood. However, fever and headache are sign of systemic infection and you should check your lungs and kidneys to see is there site of infection.
