Hello dear! I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns!
Having blood in urine associated with fevers indicate a severe urinary tract infection and a possible Pyelonephritis. It may be associated with dull pain in your back too.
To find out more details about your health status i would recommend some simple analysis.
If you have infection (UTI) than a cure with antibiotics should be taken into consideration. Ciprofloxacin or nitrofurantoin would be the best choice for the urinary tract infection. Take the medication as it is prescribed from the doctor and have a diet with at least 8 glasses of water a day.
I hope it was of help! Best regards! DR ERIOL.
