General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The pain you are having on your lower abdomen is due to UTI that was found in your urine culture.
Please take antibiotics to treat UTI adequately. You might need to repeat testing and course of antibiotics for more than twice.

Take urine antiseptic (e.g. uva ursi, cranberry, etc.)
Increase water intake.
Take pain killers like mephenamic acid or buscopan for the pain.

Wish fast recovery.
