What Causes Blood In Stools?

Iam having no constipation or nauseam or any bowel movements problem or pain but Iam getting about 10 to 20ml of blood in my stool daily And more when I eat some spicy thing and chips (locally made potato chips) I haven t met any doctor yet as Iam having exams for next one month plz suggest me what could be the problem

internal haemorrhoids.
colorectal cancer....
so meat surgeon .
he will do rectal examination and prescribes appropriate treatment.
