Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I have had blood in my stool recently. Last time today (more bright in color and maybe a spoonful of amount). Yesterday it was dark red and mixed with some bowel ooze and there was not as much. Before that, it was a week ago, when the same amount and color as yesterday occured. I have had pain in my back at awakening in the morning for about 3 weeks, which I took care with taking 200mg Ibuprofen (not every day). I took Ibufrofen last time yesterday morning and today I took paracetamol to avoid further damage to bowels. What could this mean?
Dear it may be due to hemorrhoids or fissures in anus. which may cause bleeding.
