Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Blood in stools can be due to following reasons
1. Hemorrhoids( piles) is most common reason. They are swollen blood vessels in the rectum or anus.
2.Anal fissures- a tear in intestine sometimes caused due to hard stool passage
3.Infection of intestines can also cause blood in stool along with pain in abdomen.
4.Rarely it might be colon cancer

If problem persists, you should visit a Gastroenterologist. A colonoscopy is advised to ruleout possibility of colon cancer.

Hope this information helps
