Hello
I had gone through your question diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way

Looking at your description this could be related to hemorrhoids, fissure in Anus or rectal polyp

I would like further information to help you better like
Is it associated with painful defecation or itching around anus after passing of stool
Since how long you have this problem?

Please follow these guidelines
Have healthy good more of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Avoid constipation by taking stool softeners or laxatives like liquid paraffin or Lactulose.
Have lots of dietary fibers

If it's chronic issue than you need to consult a gastroenterologist for an colonoscopy and per rectal examination
Sitz bath twice daily
Thanks and regards
