What Causes Blood In Stool?

I have for the past few months had small amounts of blood in my stool. I know it s common for people to have this issue. However, lately I feel like I can not empty my colon and today when I went to the restroom my stool was covered with blood a lot if clots in the water. I wiped and nothing but blood and clots covered the toilet paper. My allergies have been bad for a few days so I put that on why I have been nauseous and stomach pain from mucus going into my stomach. I also blamed this as to why I have been tired lately. However, I don t believe this causes blood in my stool.

Your main complain is blood in stool.In hemorrhoids of rectum can cuase pain and blood in stool.By stool examination test you can confirm that blood in stool or not.

First you have to do stool examination test.
sometime infection of interstine can cause blood in stool and abdominal pain is also present.Stool examination test is helpful in this situation.

In irritable bowel disease, abdominal pain and diarrhea is present.Avoid stressful condition.

In gastric ulcer ,there is presence of abdominal pain and sometime blood in stool .Proton pump inhibitor drugs like omeprazol, rabeprazol helpful in peptic ulcer case.

Avoid spicy and oily food.
Drink more water.

After doing this much test still diagnosis is not confirmed than colonoscopy can do for further diagnosis.
