What Causes Blood In Stool With Abdominal Pain?

I m 17 for 3 days I ve seen spots of bright blood in my stool,and I ve been very fatigue & dizzy & I ve had severe abdominal pain mainly the left side. Also after I use the restroom I m in pain discomfort . Last thing I have been Constipated. I don t have no type of colon or bowl cancer do I?

hi dear. the history given by u indicates towards bleeding piles, the most common cause of bleeding in a constipated person. at this age, with such symptoms the chances of cancer are very low. there can be other causes of bleeding like inflammatory disorders of colon. bleeding in stools is always abnormal. please have a checkup done with a surgeon or a gastroenterologist.
