What Causes Blood In Stool Despite Taking Cremaffin Syrup?

Hi,I often get blood along with stool. It comes at the end of the motion. Once a doctor suggested cremaffin to me. It was helpful as it softened the stool and avoided bleeding. The problem is if I don t take it regularly, I get blood along with th stool once or twice in about 15 days. Should I continue with it for longer duration say 6 months? Are there any other alternative cyrup available in UK?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the blood stain stool then it may be due to anal fissure and underlying cause of this could be the constipation if I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with Procresuline cream it is to be applied intra rectally, and you can even try Isabgol powder for stool softening drink more water and have fiber containing diet hope is information helps.
I find this answer helpful
