Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of stool being positive for blood twice in the last year, also have foul smelling urine for past few months, have gall stones nausea that comes when the stool is passing through colon. You are 59 healthy male. The blood in stool needs proper investigations. Upper GI endoscopy. Colonoscopy and biopsy. CT scan of the abdomen. Test of stool for 3 consecutive days. Tests of blood: CBC and to rule out diabetes and liver functions, thyroid functions. Test of urine: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. All these tests will lead to a proper diagnosis and a give a plan for proper treatment. Gall bladder needs removal if there are gall stones.
