Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can. At your age this is almost always caused by 2 causes. Either hemorrhoids, or anal fissure. Hemoorhoids are protrusions of veins in rectal wall and there are several stages of hemorrhodal disease and the right treatment depends on type and stage of the disease. Initially it can be treated with dietary changes by having high fibre diet with lot of fluids and make your stool soft. There are supplemets such as Psilium and Detralex which may help as well. Also, you should use sitz baths and have hemorrhoidal cream. Anal fissure is less common but this is treated similarly and has same symptoms. Doctor will see what kind of issue is it and then further treatment can be planned.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
