What Causes Blood In Mucous When Nose Is Blown?
i just blew my nose and mucus and a blood mixes together in a hard ball came out my nose. but it looked like it had something attached. ive had problems with my nose for a long time i always have a blocked nose. what should i do and do you know what came out of my nose? thank you

Hi. Forceful blowing of the nose may cause bleeding from delicate nasal septal mucosal vessels. Usually it is more common if nose is dry having crusts or if it having some infection. You can use simple saline nasal drops to aid in easy removal of the crusts.
