Blood with bowel movement along with
diarrhea is most probably indicative of intestinal infection, colitis in particular.
Numbness in the right arm is usually due to cervical spondilitis and hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all get investigations of stool, blood and X-ray of the
cervical spine to get a preliminary diagnosis and get treated with an antibiotic,
metronidazole and
probiotic.
Consult at ER or at Orthopedic Surgeon for numbness in right arm and get additional MRI of the cervical spine.
Once diagnosed properly, proper management can be done as per the findings. Till then take plenty of oral fluids, coconut water and electrolyte solution to avoid
dehydration and electrolyte balance.
Put the affected arm in a sling and give full rest to the affected area.
Medications will be as per the clinical diagnosis and reports of all the investigations.
