What Causes Blood Discharge From Nipple?

Hi i am 37yr old female...about 2yrs ago i had discharge from right nipple which showed traces of blood, had examination at hospital and was told everything was fine. For roughly 4 months have been having intermittent pinching feeling in right armpit and 3 days ago noticed what feels like pea on right breast, roughly 1-2cm from nipple. Should i be concerned about this. I have 28 day cycle next period due 26th Nov

Hi, I have gone through your question. Pea sized lump in the breast with intermittent pinching in thearmpit and a history of blood mixed discharge from the nipple raises the suspicion of breast carcinoma.
I would suggest you to consult an oncologist to get properly examined, investigated( ultrasound of breast and biopsy of the lump) and treated accordingly, as soon as possible.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
