Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding after intercourse can occur due to a number of causes.
However, since there is a history of insertion of intra-uterine device (IUD), IUD could be the cause of bleeding after sex.
I suggest you to get it removed.
Excessive bleeding is one of the side effect of IUD.
If this side effect is very troublesome, it is advised to remove it.
Consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and the best what can be done.

Thanks and take care
