What Causes Blood Clots In Urine With Abdominal Pain?

My gf is leaving the ER as we speak. Shes having severe abdominal pains along with blood and blood clots in her urine. She have a urine test and a CT test done with no findings. She's still in pain and I'm not sure about the blood in her urine. Should she seek a secound opinion?

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.

It is not normal for e person to have blood in his urine.
It might be due to an infection,stones,polyps,tumor,problem with kidneys ect.

Normally the doctors should look for the cause of it and only in this way they will know how to treat it.If needed they might even do a cystoscopy (procedure to explore the inside of the bladder)

So yes I think you should have a second opinion in this case.Going hone is not the answer.Her pain might not go away,or even the bleeding might not go away.
