What Causes Blood Clot Discharge During Periods?
My daughter typicaly passes clots, but not much bleeding during her menstrual cycle. She calls them dry periods. This week after her clot passing stopped, she has now started a very heavy flow. I ve told her to increase her iron and call me if she experiences any unusual or sharp pains beyond normal cramping. Is there anything else we should watch for?

Actually first 2/3 days of menstruation ,blood clot and heavy bleeding is normal, then the following days it reduce.
You can check her , blood Haemohlobin level,
Then we can understand this heavy period causing any anaemia or not.
