Hi,

The fetal heart at 6-7 weeks could be less than 100.Do not worry.120 is the rate at later gestations.
Some women have a small amount of blood around the gestational sac, which will come across as spotting.
Do not worry about it.
It usually subsides on its own. A repeat scan after two weeks will show a improvement in heart rate and a resolution of blood clot in most of the cases.

hHope this helps.
Regards
