What Causes Blood And Ribbons Coming Out In Urine?
I have had blood in urine with ribbons coming out. I'll test show good, no infections, I have been getting prostate massage every week to keep my prostate size down. Every 7 or 8 weeks the blood will show up. All scans are good. What should be my next step? Joe
Ribbons- does it mean serpentine clots in urine. If so, then u have bleeding from upper urinary tract, i.e. either kidney or ureter. Diferential diagnosis can be TCC renal pelvis or ureter or RCC or Glomerulonephritis or infection or stone. I would like to know urine routine and Ultrasound/ CT KUB. How cm prostatic massage help u in reducing prostate size. Do u suffer from prostatitis or any other disease of prostate. I would like to DRE finding of prostate, Sr PSA report.
Treatment will depend on the diagnosis of the disease.
