What Causes Blood After Bowel Movements?

I do my grandfathers laundry he s in his early 80s and I find blood in the front of his underwear on more than one occasion ? my grandmother had needed special care recently so he s stressed out and doesn t look well ... don t know how he would feel if I mentioned it to him as his granddaughter just wondering what it could be before I call his doctor ... pretty sure he hasn t been to see the doctor and if he has I know he won t mention anything to him ? anything you can tell me

Hi,
Having spotting from genital tract as it seems from the appearance of blood in front of inner wear, requires examination of her genital tract.
We can not avoid examination and investigations at this age.
There might be having simple local lesion like dermatitis, soreness etc as well.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
