What Causes Blocked Nose, Excess Mucus And Shortness Of Breath In Mornings?

Hi there, I feel like i have Cystic Fibrosis, every day when i wake up i have to spit out excess mucus, have a short breath and almost always have a blocked nose, right now as it is my lungs are ticklish, i can barely breath, i have wheeziness and i have a Maths exam that i need to do in half an hour, i feel like dying.

Thanks for your query.
The causes of blocked nose, excess mucus must be due to allergic reaction of the respiratory system to something in the bedroom, can be mold and mildews. The same things cause the breathlessness.
I would advise you the following:
Take nasal decongestant followed by steam inhalations.
Take oral antihistamine which does not give sedation and steroids if you have as you have exams.
Then consult a Doctor to have clinical examination and investigations and treatment
