Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

post polyp surgery, steroidal nasal spray s and regular follow ups are necessary for prevention of recurrence of polyp.

in my opinion, get nasal endoscopy done in case of constant nasal blockage from an ent surgeon for recurrence of polyp and status of other sinuses.

all the best, take care.
