What Causes Blocked Eustachian Tube And Nasal Congestion?

I have not been ill in over a year. Over 5 weeks ago I finally took a vacation and within 3 days I was having terrible sinus pressure and congestion. I visited my Dr. when I got home and she gave me a 5-day antibiotic. I was visiting again in a week and an urgent care gave me another round of 5-day antibiotic. It is now over 5 weeks and I have had a blocked ?eustachian tube - hard to hear - since then. My nose is congested and I have had a terrible cough. I have a gurgling sound in my upper chest and nose and throat area at times. Especially at night. What is this!!!!?

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
