ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
This could be due to LPRD. That is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease, where reflux of gastric acid occurs into pharynx and larynx.
I recommend the following.
1) Avoid spicy and junk foods.
2) Avoid smoking and alcohol
3) Avoid taking coffee or tea in empty stomach.
4) Never skip your meals and keep regular diet habits.
5) Take dinner at least 2 hour before bed time. Never lie down as soon as you take your dinner.
6) Proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole.

You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
Regards,
