What Causes Blockage In The Nostril?

I did coke for the first time & i dont intend to do it again. But my nose is completely closed on the right... I hve to breathe out of one nostril & my mouth. Is there any way to fix this. I feel like i am suffocating and i cant even sleep because when i try to, my nose doesnt let me

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain blocked nostril after snorting coke or cocaine can be due to inflammation and irritation of nasal passage and there is dilation of blood vessels along with swelling in the nasal lining..
All these leads to nasal congestion and obstructed breathing..
I would suggest you to do saline nasal douching that will help in gradually soothing the nasal passage and will open it up gradually..
You can apply Vitamin E oil or petroleum jelly inside the nostril..
Avoid putting any decongestant nasal drops as they can further irritate the nostrils..
Avoid snorting it again as it can be very fatal and recurring nasal irritation can lead to even perforation of nasal septum..
In case of no improvement in 3 to 4 days consult an otolaryngologist and get evaluated and h can advise you Nasal endoscopy to look for the exact cause of the problem and treat accordingly..
