What Causes Blockage At The Back Of Nose?

I think that there is a giant booger stuck in the back of my nose. I keep sniffing and blowing my nose but it s stays blocked off. When I use my pinky finger to get into the deep end of my nose I can feel like a giant blockage and if I shift my head to the other side I can feel it sliding along. Could it be a giant booger?

You can use saline nasal drops 3 times a day. It will help soften the secretion and will hence come out on blowing.
