What Causes Bloating And Heartburn Every Time After Eating?
I am a 46 year old female, my gal bladder was removed and I had a tubal burn after my daughter was born in 1991, for the last month or so I have been feeling bloated from eating a sandwich, I have been having heartburn everytime I eat, and I feel a thumping feeling in my abdomin around 3:00 p.m. everyday. What could it be? thanks

Going by the history of your symptoms, I'm of the opinion that it is acute gastritis consequent to GERD or in other terms, gastro-esophageal reflux disease.
I would suggest antacids or PPI s for the immediate relief of epigastric discomfort.
Do consult nearby gastroenterologist for expert opinion.
