What Causes Bloating And Gastritis When On Elimination Diet?

I am on an elimination diet to determine possible sensitivities. No dairy, wheat, sugar, soy, corn, certain citrus fruits, red meats, caffeine, peanuts, nightshades, etc. I started feeling very gassy and bloated, and began burping sulfur smelling gas. What could be causing this?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of abdominal bloating and episode of gastritis I strongly believe you have a peptic ulcer disease from helicobacter pylori organism
In view of this sulphur breath you are perceiving is a urea thus this is determined using a test called urea breath test that determine if the helicobacter pylori organism is Still present in the stomach
Please take some antacids and if the symptoms still persist please see a gastroenterologist specialist for further clinical assessment
I hope this helps
