What Causes Bloated Stomach, Achy Muscles And Diarrhea?
Feel blah........began yesterday about 4 pm.........bloated tummy / achy muscles.........especially legs thought maybe I at bad tuna sandwich at lunch. Felt nauseated but never threw up. Did not eat dinner, which is rare. At 1 am woke up and I had diarrhea all over my bed.........never happened before. Between 1 am and 6 am I went about 10 more times.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be suggestive of dyspepsia and may be associated with hyperacidity although it may be self limited conditions seldom need any treatment, but of course hyperacidity can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone once in day hope this information helps.
