Hello
Looking at your description this could be due to Aerophagia (swallowing of air) or acid peptic disease like gastritis or peptic ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity or acid reflux

Another possibility is liver and gall bladder disease

I would like further information to help you better like
Your age and detailed medical history
Since how long you have this problem?

Meanwhile please follow these guidelines
You can take pantoprazole or omeprazole group of drugs with antacids
Avoid smoking and alcohol
Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
You can take lemon juice curd and fresh fruits to reduce acidity

Thanks for your question
Follow up questions are most welcome
Best wishes
